On October 29th, the Secretariat of Economy (SE), reported the suspension due to force majeure, of terms and administrative procedures in foreign trade matters, which are carried out through the Mexican Digital Foreign Trade Window, which is the responsibility of the General Directorate of Trade Facilitation and Foreign Trade, as indicated in the second article.
Therefore, October 29th and 30th, 2020 will be considered non-working for all legal purposes, so the deadlines of the procedures in terms of trade facilitation and foreign trade followed through the Mexican Digital Trade Window will not run. Foreign to the General Directorate of Trade Facilitation and Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economy.
This Agreement shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
