Update for Importers Who Self File FDA Prior Notice Using PNSI

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) wants to alert importers who currently use FDA’s Prior Notice System Interface (PNSI), that any draft Prior Notices opened over 120 day or longer will be set to CANCELLED status as of August 24, 2019, at 10:00 PM.

All other open Web Entries will be set to a final status (cancelled or complete, depending on whether the Web Entry has any associated submitted Prior notices). No additional Prior Notices will be able to be added to these Web Entries.

If filing PNSI before August 24^th, 2019 at 10:00PM, be sure to close any open Web Entries.
