The exclusions use Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) 9903.88.67 and will expire on December 31, 2022.

These reinstated exclusions encompass 33 complete 10-digit HTS, and 319 specific product description exclusions: 89 are for List 1 products, 34 for List 2 products, 187 for List 3 products, and 42 for List 4 products.

These exclusions are found in Chapter 98 of the U.S. HTS, in Subheading III, U.S. Note 20 (ttt)(i), (ii),(iii) and (iv) and will apply retroactively to October 12th, 2021.  Post Summary Corrections may be submitted to seek refund of duties already paid.
