November 7, 2019 – On October 31, 2019, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued its order regarding the expiry review on Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Plate and High-strength Low-Alloy Steel Plate originating in or exported from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania.
The CITT has determined that the dumping of the above-mentioned goods would continue to cause injury to the Canadian domestic industry, as such the order will continue without amendment.
This follows the CBSA Expiry Review Decision made on May 24, 2019.
