U.S. imports of goods made in Russia (country code RU) and Belarus (country code BY) are now subject to higher Column 2 duty rates, effective April 9, 2022.
This the result of President Biden signing H.R. 7108 into law on April 8, 2022, which suspended normal trade relations with Russia and Belarus.
