The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a new version of their Form 3540-1 Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices (NOA). The new version of the NOA is effective immediately and must be used for all future imports of pesticide products and devices. The new form provides clarity to some of the data elements and the instruction section of the form.
EPA will return obsolete forms to the importer or their agent and require a completion of the new form after Friday June 17, 2022.
Important Note: If the EPA NOA is filed electronically through ACE (PGA Message Set), this paper NOA form does not apply.
