On December 3rd, the Secretariat of Economy (SE) published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOF), the following resolution:
- The administrative procedure for examining the validity of the countervailing duty imposed on imports of steel nails for concrete originating in China, regardless of the country of origin, which enter through the tariff section 7317.00.99 of the TIGIE, is declared concluded. or by any other.
- The definitive countervailing duty of $ 0.54 per kilogram imposed on imports of steel nails for concrete originating in China, referred to in point 2 of this Resolution, is eliminated.
