CITT Issues Determination on Preliminary Injury Inquiry on Corrosion Resistant Steel Sheet

On September 24, 2018, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) determined that the dumping of certain Corrosion Resistant Steel Sheet originating or exported from China, India and Korea has caused injury or retardation or is threatening to cause injury to the Canadian domestic industry.

The preliminary injury inquiry followed the notification, on July 26, 2018, that the President of the Canada Border Services Agency had initiated investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of the above-mentioned goods.
