The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on October 26, 2022, initiated a re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices of certain grinding media falling under the Grinding Media (GM) SIMA case currently in force.
Exporters who provide a complete, accurate and timely responses to the CBSA’s request for information (RFI), will be considered cooperative and be provided with normal values. In such case, anti-dumping duties would not apply to imports of subject goods from these exporters, sold to Canada at or above the normal values issued by CBSA.
