CBSA now assessing anti-dumping duties on certain small power transformers

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has found that certain small power transformers exported from Korea and Taiwan cause Canadian producers economic injury”. As such, anti-dumping duties will be payable on said goods imported from these countries, released from Customs on or after December 24th, 2021.
