The CBSA has initiated the following normal value reviews to update all normal values and export prices applicable to certain upholstered wheat gluten (WG) exported to Canada from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania by:
Royal Ingredients Group (Royal)
Roquette group (Roquette Frère and Roquette Amilina)
The outcome of these normal value reviews could affect duties on imports; if normal values are established as a result of the reviews, anti-dumping duties will not apply on the goods subject to this review if sold at or above the normal values issued.
Should the exporters decide to participate in the reviews, they are required to provide complete and accurate responses to the CBSA’s Request for Information (RFI) by July 22, 2022.
