Tax Administration Service (SAT)
On December 18th, Bulletin No. 30 was published on the portal of the Tax Administration Service (SAT), by which it is reported that the corresponding functionalities that allow the SAT Portal and the web service are already released generate the DODA or the integration number (PITA) for internal transit operations (T3) and international transit through national territory (T7).
Therefore, as of December 28th, the activation of the automated selection mechanism for the initiation of transits will be carried out with DODA or with the Unique Identification Badge (GUI), when customs have PITA components.
IMPORTANT: Only the start of transit will be carried out with the DODA or with the GUI and in the case of transit arrival, the simplified form of request will continue to be presented.
Likewise, the adjustments found in the “Guidelines with the technological specifications to carry out the customs clearance of goods with the means of control or Operation Document for Customs Clearance” are detailed, specifically in the section “Data dictionary” for the transmission of the corresponding electronic document, to obtain the DODA or integration number (PITA) for the operations in question.
