Tax Administration Service
The Tax Administration Service (SAT) released version 8.6 of the “Technical Guidelines for VOCE Registers – SAAI M3”, in which 5 fields were incorporated into register 501 “General Data”, for the amounts of decrementables expenses for customs value purposes.
It is important to mention that the aforementioned guidelines are published in the Customs Portal, in the following path: Customs / Cargo / Services / File downloads / Import and export / Final and preliminary manuals.

Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the necessary measures to be able to carry out the transmission of the validation files in terms of the provisions of the aforementioned guidelines, since the new version of the Foreign Trade Operations Validator with the new fields will be released on the following dates:
• Pilot release at the customs of Lázaro Cárdenas, Progreso and Querétaro: October 12, 2020. • National release: October 19, 2020.
