Brian plays a key role in drawback consulting and business development activities in the U.S, leading a team of consultants who help companies maximize their duty drawback recovery and minimize risks to achieve higher levels of customs compliance.
Brian’s expertise spans customs audit assistance, compliance reviews and preparation of customs protests and ruling letters.
Prior to joining Livingston, Brian spent several years with U.S. Customs and Border Protection as an inspector and drawback specialist.
Brian has a Bachelor and Masters of Science degree from Illinois State University, and is an experienced speaker.
Rachelle Crile: Senior Consultant, Global Trade Management, Consulting U.S. Duty Drawback
As Senior Consultant, Global Trade Management in the Consulting U.S. Duty Drawback team, Rachelle is responsible for client onboarding, drawback application preparation, account setup and account management. Rachelle manages client drawback data and is often the liaison between operations and the I.T. team.
Rachelle joined Livingston International in July 2018 and brings with her six years of experience in Drawback.
Rachelle is a licensed customs broker and a certified customs specialist with a BA and Master’s degree in Math Education from the University of Michigan. She is currently pursuing a dual MBA and Master of Science in Information Technology Leadership.
