Livingston offers several options for electronic and online invoicing and payment.

Customers can receive invoices electronically via:

  1. File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
  2. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Invoices can be paid electronically through:

  1. Livingston’s invoice and payments secure online portal to make payments by credit card, debit card or bank (PAD in Canada or ACH in the U.S.)
  2. Electronic Funds Transfer by instructing your bank to forward payment directly to Livingston’s bank account
  3. Pre-authorized debit (PAD) is available only for customers set up on Month End Settlement (MES).

Submit questions about your Livingston invoice(s) by speaking with your client service representative now. Users registered for Livingston’s online payment portal, can communicate invoice questions and disputes directly through the payment portal.

Shipping Forms

When shipping to Canada, you have three invoicing options:

  1. A Canada Customs Invoice (CCI);
  2. A commercial invoice containing the same information as a CCI; or
  3. A commercial invoice with details of your goods – the buyer, seller, country of origin, the price paid or payable, a detailed description, including quantity, and CCI with the remaining information.
