CITT commences injury inquiry on carbon and alloy steel line pipe from China

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) initiated an injury inquiry on November 27, 2015 to determine if the dumping and subsidizing of carbon and alloy steel line pipe originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China has caused injury or retardation or is threatening to cause injury to Canadian manufacturers.

Parties wishing to participate in the injury inquiry must file a notice of participation with the Secretary on or before December 11, 2015.
