The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has advised that as of February 9, 2015, TST Overland Express located at 49 Overland Drive, Kitchener, Ontario, will be surrendering their (BW) type highway sufferance warehouse licence. The CBSA has decided not to advertise for a new highway sufferance warehouse at this port.
As such, effective February 9, 2015, all bonded highway carriers transporting commercial freight for clearance at the Kitchener, Ontario, port of entry should declare at another highway sufferance warehouse.
