Livingston International appoints new U.S. president, chief financial officer

CHICAGO – Livingston International, North America’s leading company focused on customs brokerage and trade compliance, appointed Christopher Logan as U.S. president and Sharon Sritong as chief financial officer.

Both Logan and Sritong will work out of Livingston’s U.S. headquarters in Chicago.

“Christopher and Sharon bring strong leadership experience and growth potential to Livingston,” said Livingston CEO Steve Preston. “Their impressive track records uniquely position them to foster continued growth in the U.S. and beyond.”

Logan joins Livingston from Silk Road Mining and Development, where he served as CEO. He began his career in consulting, rising to become a partner in the transportation practice at Mercer Management Consulting, now Oliver Wyman. Subsequently, Logan served as chief strategy and marketing officer for Agility, an integration logistics provider in 100 countries, deploying both organic and acquisition growth strategies.

Logan was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2009, and currently serves on the WEF Global Agenda Council for Global Trade and Foreign Direct Investment.

Sritong joins Livingston from Computershare, U.S., where she served as the company’s chief financial officer. She was central to increasing Computershare’s revenue in the U.S. by 800 percent over a 14 year period. Sritong is an experienced financial leader with a record of managing through periods of growth and complex change.
