SIMA duties to continue on certain flat hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel sheet and strip

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), on May 13, 2020, in conjunction with the CBSA, has concluded an expiry review of the Flat Hot-rolled Carbon and Alloy Steel Sheet and Strip SIMA case found in the Measures in Force. As a result of the investigation, importers will continue to pay anti-dumping and countervailing duties on goods subject to this case.
