Provisional duties are now payable on certain concrete Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin, originating in or exported from China and Pakistan. This, after the Canada Border Services Agency’s (CBSA) preliminary determination of dumping and subsidizing on June 17, 2025.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now perform an inquiry to determine whether the dumping and subsidizing of the above-mentioned goods has caused injury or retardation or is threatening to cause injury to domestic producers.
