Please be informed that Livingston Poland sp. z o.o. is implementing the project entitled “Livingston – it’s happening!” as part of the pilot project “Reduced working time – it’s happening!”, co-financed by the Labor Fund.
The aim of the project is to verify in practice the impact of reduced working hours on task efficiency, employee satisfaction and the company’s operating results. The project covers the entire workforce of the company and includes various forms of reduced working hours, adapted to the nature of the work performed by individual teams.

Informujemy, że Livingston Poland sp. z o.o. realizuje projekt „Livingston – to się dzieje!” w ramach projektu pilotażowego „Skrócony czas pracy – to się dzieje!”, dofinansowanego ze środków Funduszu Pracy.
Celem projektu jest praktyczna weryfikacja wpływu skrócenia czasu pracy na efektywność realizowanych zadań, satysfakcję pracowników oraz wyniki operacyjne firmy. Projekt obejmuje całą populację spółki i uwzględnia różnorodne formy skrócenia czasu pracy, dostosowane do charakteru pracy poszczególnych zespołów.
