The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) extended Section 301 exclusions on Chinese origin COVID related products that were to expire on April 1, 2021.
They now expire at 11:59 pm on September 30, 2021, and will continue to use the same exclusion Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS):
- Exclusions for List 1 – HTS 9903.88.62
- Exclusions for List 2 – HTS 9903.88.63
- Exclusions for List 3 – HTS 9903.88.64
- Exclusions for List 4A – HTS 9903.88.65

Excluded product are not subject to additional Section 301 duties, which range from 7.5 percent to 25 percent.
