The Government of Canada commences an expiry review on certain line pipe from Korea

Expiry reviews are conducted jointly by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT). The purpose of the reviews are to determine if a SIMA measure will be rescinded after 5 years in force or will be continued for another 5 years.

The government of Canada has, commenced an expiry review to determine whether the expiry of the Line Pipe 2 SIMA case would likely to result in the continuation or resumption of dumping of the subject goods.
