The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), on October 19, 2022, in conjunction with the CBSA, has concluded an expiry review of the Gypsum Board (GB) SIMA case included in the Measures in Force. As a result of the investigation, the CITT will continue its finding and importers will continue to pay anti-dumping duties on goods subject to this case.
