SIMA duties to continue on certain copper pipe fittings

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), on September 14, 2022, in conjunction with the CBSA, has concluded an expiry review of the Copper Pipe Fittings (CPF) SIMA case included in the Measures in Force. As a result of the investigation, the CITT will continue its finding and importers will continue to pay anti-dumping and countervailing duties on goods subject to this case.
