October 1, 2019 – On September 25, 2019, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued its order regarding the expiry review on certain circular copper tube.
The CITT is continuing its findings in respect of the dumping of circular copper tube originating in or exported from the Brazil, Greece, China, Mexico and Korea, and the subsidizing of those goods originating in or exported from China.
This follows the CBSA Expiry Review Determination made on April 18, 2019.
The subject copper tube is usually classified under HS numbers: 7411.10.00.10, 7411.10.00.20, 7411.10.00.31 and 7411.10.00.39. The HS classification codes are provided for convenience of reference only.
