SIMA duties continue on certain pup joints from China

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), on August 3, 2022, in conjunction with the CBSA, has concluded an expiry review of the Large Line Pipe (LLP) SIMA case included in the Measures in Force. As a result of the investigation, the CITT will continue its finding and importers will continue to pay anti-dumping and countervailing duties on goods subject to the Pup Joints SIMA case included in the Measures in Force.
