On April 21, 2026, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued a final injury finding concerning the dumping of certain Oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from Korea, Mexico, Philippines, Turkey and the United States. This decision follows the Canada Border Services Agency’s (CBSA) final determination released on March 23, 2026.
As a result, final anti-dumping duties are payable on imports of subject goods released by CBSA on or after April 21, 2026.
Importers using customs brokers are reminded to inform their broker if their goods fall under these measures, and to provide all necessary information to ensure accurate assessment under SIMA.
