October 22, 2019 – The U.S. Trade Representative announced that they will be accepting requests for exclusions for Section 301, List 4a Chinese origin products beginning October 31, 2019 (at noon, EDT), through January 31, 2020.
Exclusion requests may be submitted using the web portal, which also contains directions for submitting requests.
List 4a Section 301 duties went into effect on September 1, 2019, with goods subject to 15% additional duties.
