Following up on the 2nd version in advance of the 2nd resolution of Modifications; It is reported that on October 26th of this year, the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) published this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), in the same terms in which it was given to know in the advance version.
It should be noted that this Resolution will enter into force the day following its publication, except for the following modifications:
• The amendment to the M1.1 model. of Annex 1 (the inclusion of the field “decrementable value”)
• The addition of numerals 29 and 30 to Annex 19 (INCOTERMS and decrementables)
• As well as numerals 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 to the main heading of the request of Annex 22 (Transportation of decrementables, insurance decrementables, cargo and other decrementables)
These modifications will enter into force four months after the publication in the Federal Official Gazette of this Resolution.
Companies with a Registry of Courier and Parcel Companies granted prior to the entry into force of this Resolution may request the renewal of the validity for a period of 2 years, provided that they present a free writing in which they manifest under protest to say It is true that the circumstances under which the registration in the Registry was initially granted have not changed and the requirements, obligations and conditions inherent to it continue to be met.
