Silvia is responsible for managing the Trade Compliance team, overseeing general compliance, regulatory changes, and the response of government and third-party audits of our clients. She has extensive knowledge of Authorized Economic Operator Certifications, HTS Classification, and the Mexican customs legal framework.
Silvia has experience of Post Entry Audits, VAT Certification, IMMEX Program, sub-maquila process, calculation of customs duties, and Annex 24 & 30 compliance.
Silvia has a Bachelor of Law in Mexico and an MBA in Foreign Trade and Customs. She is a PhD candidate as Doctor in Foreign Trade and Customs from the CUEJ Centro Universitario de Estudios Jurídicos.
Jonathan Muñoz is a seasoned Computer Systems Engineer with over 15 years of experience in software development, architecture, and security. As Lead for Application Architecture and Technology, he oversees web system development, evaluates emerging technologies, sets coding and security standards, and performs detailed code reviews to ensure high-quality, compliant solutions. Jon is deeply involved in security reviews, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing safeguards to maintain overall system integrity.
He also plays a key role in new client implementations, leading technical discussions, planning integrations with ERP systems, configuring Single Sign-On, and helping design custom features that support evolving client needs.
