No Injury Finding issued by CITT on Certain Decorative and other Non-structural Plywood from China

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) determined on February 19, 2021, that the dumping and subsidizing of certain Decorative and other Non-structural Plywood originating in or exported from China has not caused injury or retardation, nor threatens to cause injury to the Canadian domestic industry. Consequently, the CITT has terminated its inquiry.

This follows the CBSA’s Final Determination made on January 21, 2021.
