Government of Canada Initiates Expiry Review of Finding Concerning Certain Circular Copper Tube

On November 20, 2018, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) initiated an expiry review of its finding of injury made on December 18, 2013, concerning the dumping of circular copper tube originating in or exported from Brazil, China, Greece, Mexico and South Korea, and the subsidizing of those goods originating in or exported from China.
