Good news for importers: CBSA issues normal values for Vietnam exporter of carbon steel welded pipe

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has issued normal values to SeAH Steel Vina Corporation (SeAH Vietnam), an exporter of certain carbon steel welded pipe subject to the Carbon Steel Welded pipe 3 (CSWP3) SIMA case. This is good news for Canadian companies that import these products, as they will no longer have to pay anti-dumping duties.

Importers will no longer need to pay these duties on this type of carbon steel welded pipe provided that the pipe is sold at the same price or a higher price than the normal values issued by the CBSA.
