The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has issued normal values to Universal Tube & Plastic Industries Ltd (UTP), an exporter of certain carbon steel welded pipe from the United Arab Emirates. This is good news for Canadian companies that import these products, as they will no longer have to pay anti-dumping duties.
Importers will no longer need to pay these duties on this type of carbon steel welded pipe provided that the pipe is sold at the same price or a higher price than the normal values issued by the CBSA.
