The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has issued normal values to Kaptan Demir Celik Endustrisi ve Ticaret A.S. (Kaptan), an exporter of concrete reinforcing bar, located in Turkey. Anti-dumping duties will not be payable on imports of certain concrete reinforcing bar from this exporter, provided that the product is sold at the same price or a higher price than the normal values issued by the CBSA.
The goods subject to this normal value review fall under the Concrete Reinforcing Bar (RB1) SIMA case.
