January 8, 2020 – An industry notice on Softwood Lumber was recently issued by Global Affairs Canada and provides following details and information.
Global Affairs Canada has finalized template letters and instructions for interested companies. These may be used for filing their second administrative review request(s).

Please be sure to read through the Frequently Asked Questions section before taking any action. Note that this page is regularly updated.
Companies should print and retain a copy of the confirmation of filing on ACCESS and must serve a copy of the request on the petitioner (COALITION). Companies that are not already registered on ACCESS may file their ACCESS registration, maintain a copy of the registration receipt and complete the template letters so they are ready to be filed when possible.
