CTPAT portal unavailable September 15th to 30th, 2023

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) and the Trade Compliance (TC) program Portals will be unavailable for trade users to access during the period September 15, 2023 to September 30, 2023.

CBP will be upgrading the portal to the 3.0 Next Generation Portals and migrating data from the current 2.0 Portals. Data will be ‘frozen’ so no data inconsistencies occur.

They will grant 30-day extensions to any partner with security profile or annual notification letters due during September or October.

CBP is also requesting companies review those with access to their portals prior to September 15th, as they have noticed an increase in email failures.

New links to the CTPAT and TC Portals will be emailed to all active users within the Portal once the 3.0 Portals have been deployed.

Please contact your CTPAT Supply Chain Security Specialist or Livingston account manager with any questions.
