CITT initiates expiry review on Greenhouse Bell Peppers

On December 16, 2014, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) advised that they are conducting expiry proceedings concerning the dumping of greenhouse bell peppers originating in or exported from the Netherlands.

The subject goods are described as greenhouse bell peppers including both organic and non-organic. The greenhouse bell peppers are generally classified under H.S. classifications 0709.60.90.10 and 0709.60.90.20.

Any firm wishing to participate in the proceedings must file a notice of participation with the Secretary on or before January 6, 2015. Written submissions & requests for information should be sent to:

Should the CITT determine that an expiry review is not warranted, the finding will expire on October 18, 2015.
