CITT Announces Continuation of Finding on Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Plate

On August 9, 2018, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued its order and reasons regarding the expiry review on Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel plate originating or exported from China.

The CITT has determined that the dumping of the above mentioned goods would continue to cause injury to the Canadian domestic industry.

This follows the CBSA Expiry Review Determination made on March 2, 2018.
