On Monday October 15, 2018, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued its order and reasons regarding the expiry review on Certain Carbon Steel Welded Pipe originating in or exported from China, India, Oman, Korea, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates.
The CITT has determined that the dumping of the above mentioned goods would continue to cause injury to the Canadian domestic industry.
This follows the CBSA Expiry Review Determination made on May 7, 2018.
