On March 28, 2019, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued its order and reasons regarding the expiry review on Carbon Steel Welded Pipe originating or exported from China.
The CITT has determined that the dumping of the above mentioned goods would continue to cause injury to the Canadian domestic industry.
This follows the CBSA Expiry Review Determination made on October 19, 2018.
