The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced they issued a 75 day extension of the 81 China Section 301 COVID exclusions covering medical care related products that used Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) number 9903.88.66. They had been due to expire on February 28, 2023 but will now expire at 11:59 pm on May 15, 2023.
The USTR will be accepting comments through March 7, 2023 on whether to further extend these exclusions.
