CBSA revokes normal values on wheat gluten exporter Roquette

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on September 13, 2022, concluded a normal value and export price review of wheat gluten exported to Canada by Roquette (Roquette Frères and Roquette Amilina).

During their review, Roquette did not respond to CBSA’s request for information (RFI), used to solicit information for the purpose of updating the normal values of subject goods.  As a result, CBSA has revoked any previous normal values issued to Roquette. Subject goods imported from this exporter will now be subject to the “all other exporters” rates of anti-dumping for their respective countries.

The conclusion of the normal value review is available here.

The applicable ant-dumping rates are found in the Wheat Gluten SIMA case found in the Measures in Force.
