The CBSA is performing an expedited review to review the normal values of certain goods subject to the UDS SIMA case, exported to Canada from China by Jiashan Foamtech Furniture Ltd., Gold Lion Furniture (Shanghai) Co., and by Dongguan Advantech Polyurethane Foam Products Co., Ltd., and their related trading company, Fine Home Limited. Should the CBSA conclude that the above noted exporters are dumping subject goods into Canada and are being subsidized by the Chinese government, normal values will not be issued and anti-dumping and countervailing duties will continue to apply.
Expedited reviews are conducted by the CBSA at times to review the normal value, export price, and amount of subsidy on the subject goods on the request of an exporter.
