The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT), on November 4, 2022, made a finding of Injury in regards to the dumping and subsidizing of certain mattresses originating in or exported from China.
This follows the CBSA’s Final Determination made on October 5, 2022.
As a result of the finding, the provisional period is now over, and the final anti-dumping and countervailing rates are payable on imports of subject goods released from CBSA on or after November 4, 2022.
