The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated a normal value and export price review of certain concrete reinforcing bar exported to Canada by Hoa Phat Dung Quat Steel Joint Stock Company (Hoa Phat) in Vietnam. The outcome of this normal value and export price review could affect duties on imports; if the CBSA determines that Hoa Phat is dumping this particular product in the Canadian market, it will levy anti-dumping duties, raising the price of these imports.
