CBSA launches normal value review of Chinese upholstered domestic seating exporter

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has initiated a normal value and export price review of certain upholstered domestic seating exported to Canada by Violino Furniture (Shenzhen) Ltd in China. The outcome of this normal value and export price review could affect duties on imports; if the CBSA determines that Violino Furniture is dumping the particular products in the Canadian market, anti-dumping duties will continue to apply. If after the review, normal values are issued by CBSA, anti-dumping duties will not be payable on imports of the product subject to this review, provided that the product is sold at the same price or a higher than the normal values issued.

Complete details regarding the review are available here.
