The CBSA has initiated the following normal value reviews to update all normal values and export prices applicable to certain upholstered domestic seating (UDS) exported to Canada by:
Ashley Furniture Industries, LL (USA), manufactured in Vietnam
Ruihao Furniture MFG Co., Ltd of China
The reviews follow a request for re‑determination filed by importers and are part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) order issued on September 2, 2021, respecting the dumping and subsidizing of UDS from China and Vietnam.
Should the exporters decide to participate in this review, they are required to provide complete and accurate responses to the CBSA’s Request for Information (RFI) by June 22, 2022.
