CBSA initiates normal value review on aluminum extrusions from Test-Rite Int’l

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), on June 23, 2021, initiated a normal value and export price review respecting certain aluminum extrusions exported to Canada from China by Test‑Rite International Co., Ltd.

Further product details as well as the applicable tariff classification numbers of the subject goods are contained in Appendix 1 of the Notice of Normal Value Review.

If the exporter (UTP) decides to participate in the normal value review, they are required to provide a complete and accurate response to the CBSA’s Request for Information (RFI) by July 30, 2021.

If the CBSA does not receive complete responses to the Dumping and Subsidy RFIs by the deadline date by the exporter and their suppliers/manufacturers, the normal values, export prices and amount of subsidy will be determined pursuant to a ministerial specification under SIMA.
